On Saturday, July 14th, Homebrew Legend, John Palmer, author of How to Brew, will be visiting The Brewer’s Collective in Bay Shore, NY. John will be brewing with the Collective and discussing beer and brewing with members of the Association of Long Island Homebrew Clubs: HHCBC, LIBME and B.E.E.R.
